Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to amateur radio operators with interest in DXing.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must hold a Technician Class or higher Amateur Radio License and demonstrate activity and interest in DXing. They must attend a junior college, trade school or four-year college or university in the United States.

Amount: $1,500.
