Purpose of award: To encourage members of underrepresented ethnic groups to enter the legal profession.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be members of a racial and/or ethnic minority that has been underrepresented in the legal profession. Applicants must be entering, first-year law students, demonstrate financial need and show participation in community service activities. Applicants who have not yet been accepted by a law school may also apply.

Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $5,000.
Number of awards: 20. Scholarship may be renewable.
