Purpose of award: To assist the spouses and children of blinded veterans with their higher-learning goals.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be the spouses or children of a blind veteran and be accepted or enrolled at an accredited, higher learning institution.

Adult students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $1,000-$2,000.
Number of awards: 4.
