The Non-Resident Incentive Scholarship for Freshmen/Transfer Students is available to entering freshmen and transfer students at Oklahoma State University. Transfer students must have completed 12 hours at an out-of-state institution or 24 hours at an in-state institution and have a minimum 3.25 GPA to be eligible for this award.
